PAYMENT METHODS

- The card may have expired. Check that your card has not exceeded its expiration date.
- The card may have reached the purchase limit. Check with your bank to ensure the card has not exceeded the limit.
- The information entered may be incorrect. Check that you have correctly completed all required fields.
PRE-AUTHORIZATION AND PAYMENT OF THE ORDER
When paying for an order by card, your bank may hold the order amount. For purchases made with a debit card, the amount will be automatically unblocked within an estimated period of between 6 to 8 days. For purchases made with a credit card, the amount will be automatically unblocked within a period of up to 30 days, depending on the bank. This is part of a standard collection procedure used by banks to ensure the viability of the collection, so they retain the amount in question from the moment the order is received until the collection is made by Sandra Vieira. Occasionally, the unblocking of the hold may overlap with the actual collection of the order. This incident is completely unrelated to Sandra Vieira and is due to the existing operations in Spain between banks and card issuers. In these cases, we recommend that you contact your bank to expedite the release of the pre-authorization. Sandra Vieira charges the order only once and at the time you purchase the item.
BANK TRANSFER
This method allows you to accept orders via bank transfer up to €5,000.
This payment method is selected directly in the checkout process, during the payment step. When choosing "bank transfer," you do not need to enter any additional information.
Once the purchase is confirmed, you must enter your bank account number, login details, and PIN.
Upon confirming the transaction, you will receive a confirmation on the platform. Once the payment is validated, you will be redirected back to our website and returned to the order confirmation page.
