We will also inform you by email when your order is being shipped (the "Shipping Confirmation"). 7. TECHNICAL MEANS TO CORRECT ERRORS

8. AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

All orders are subject to product availability. If there are difficulties with product supply or if items are out of stock, we will refund any amount you may have paid.

9. DELIVERY

Unless there are circumstances arising from the customization of the products, or unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances arise, we will send your order consisting of the product(s) listed in each Shipping Confirmation within the timeframe indicated on the website according to the shipping method selected and, in any case, within a maximum of 30 days from the date of the Order Confirmation. Regarding the virtual gift card, we will send it on the date you indicated when placing the order. If for any reason we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and give you the option to continue with the purchase by setting a new delivery date or cancel the order with a full refund of the price paid. Please note, in any case, that we do not make home deliveries on Saturdays or Sundays, except in the case of the virtual gift card, which will be delivered on the date indicated by you. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "delivery" or the order will be deemed to have occurred when you or a third party indicated by you acquire physical possession of the products, which will be evidenced by signing for receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address.
The virtual gift card will be deemed to have been delivered in accordance with the Gift Card Terms and Conditions of Use and, in any case, on the date it is sent to the email address indicated by you.

10. IMPOSSIBILITY OF DELIVERY

If we are unable to deliver your order, we will attempt to find a safe place to leave it. If we cannot find a safe place, your order will be returned to our warehouse. We will also leave you a note explaining where your order is and how to arrange for a reshipment. If you will not be at the delivery location at the agreed time, please contact us to arrange delivery on another day. If, after 15 days from when your order is available for delivery, it has not been delivered for reasons not attributable to us, we will understand that you wish to withdraw from the contract and will consider it terminated. As a consequence of terminating the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method we offer), without undue delay and, in any event, within a maximum period of 14 days from the date on which we consider the contract terminated. Please note that shipping costs may be incurred as a result of the termination, and we will be authorized to charge you for these costs. This clause does not apply to the virtual gift card, whose delivery will be governed by the Gift Card Terms of Use and by the provisions of clause 9 above.

11. RETURN POLICY

11.1 Legal right to withdraw from the purchase
Right of withdrawal
If you are contracting as a consumer and user, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days after the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods, or if the goods comprising your order are delivered separately, 14 calendar days after the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the last of those goods. To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your exercise of this right before the corresponding deadline expires. Consequences of Withdrawal
In the event of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs to the initial shipping address (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method we offer) without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will process the refund using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction. You will not incur any costs as a result of the refund.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof of their return, whichever is earlier. You must return the products to us directly at the SANDRA VIEIRA store in Spain, request the return via a courier (regardless of the shipping method selected), deliver the products to one of the Correos drop-off points authorized in Spain using the return label that we will send with your request, or send the products to NAVE SANDRA VIEIRA. (Contact customer service to request the necessary information) without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date you notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline will be deemed met if you return the goods before this deadline has expired. Unless you return the goods to a SANDRA VIEIRA store in Spain, via a courier arranged by us, or to one of the Correos drop-off points authorized in Spain, you must bear the direct cost of returning the goods. In the latter case, please remember that you must submit, along with the products, a printed copy of the electronic receipt that you received attached to the Shipping Confirmation. You will only be liable for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
11.2 Contractual Right of Withdrawal.
In addition to the legally recognized right of withdrawal for consumers and users mentioned in clause 11.1 above, we grant you a period of 30 days from the date of the Shipping Confirmation to return products (except for those mentioned in clause 11.3 below, for which the right of withdrawal is excluded). If you return the products within the contractual period of the right of withdrawal, once the statutory period has elapsed, you will be refunded only the price paid for such products. You will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the product if you do not return it to the SANDRA VIEIRA store in Spain, through a courier arranged by us (regardless of the shipping method selected), or to one of the Correos drop-off points in Spain. You may exercise your right of withdrawal in accordance with the provisions of clause 11.1 above. However, if you notify us of your intention to withdraw from the contract after the statutory withdrawal period has elapsed, you must in all cases return the goods to us within 30 days of the Shipping Confirmation date.
11.3 Common Provisions
You will not have the right to withdraw from a contract for the supply of any of the following products:
* Personalized items.
* Music CDs/DVDs without their original packaging.
* Goods sealed for hygiene reasons that have been unsealed after delivery.
Your right to withdraw from the contract applies only to products returned in the same condition as when you received them. No refunds will be issued if the product has been used beyond its initial opening, for products that are not in the same condition as when delivered, or for products that have been damaged in any way. Therefore, you must handle the product(s) carefully while they are in your possession. Please return the item using or including all original packaging, instructions, and any accompanying documents. You can return your item to the SANDRA VIEIRA store in Spain, via a courier that we will send to your home, or to any of the Correos drop-off points in Spain as described below:

• Returns to a SANDRA VIEIRA store.
You can return products to a SANDRA VIEIRA store in Spain that has the same merchandise section as the one you wish to return. In this case, you must visit any of these stores and submit the electronic receipt attached to the Shipping Confirmation, which is also saved in your account on the website, along with the item. You can present the electronic receipt by showing it digitally on your mobile device or by bringing it printed to the store.
• Returns via courier.
You must contact us through our return request form so we can arrange for pickup at your address. You must return the merchandise in the same packaging you received it, following the instructions found in the "RETURNS" section of this website. If you made a purchase as a guest, you can request returns via courier by calling 00351961414153. Please note that you can request a return via courier regardless of the shipping method selected when completing the order.
• Returns through Correos drop-off points in Spain.
You can return products to any Correos drop-off points in Spain. To do so, you must request a return using the "Drop-off Point" method in the "Orders and Returns" section of the "My Account" section of the website. We will then send you a return label by email, which you must affix to the package and drop off at your local post office. You must leave the item in the same package in which you received it and follow the instructions in the "Orders and Returns" section of the "My Account" section of the website or in the email itself. If you made a purchase as a guest, you can request to return the products to any of the drop-off points in Spain using the link sent to you with the Order Confirmation. After completing the appropriate verifications, you will receive an email with a label that you must affix to the package and return it to any of the drop-off points. None of the three options will incur any additional costs for you. If you do not wish to return the products through one of the free options available, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. In the latter case, please remember that you must submit, along with the products, a printed copy of the electronic receipt that you received attached to the Shipping Confirmation. Please note that if you decide to return the items to us freight collect, we will be authorized to charge you for any costs we may incur. After examining the item, we will inform you if you are entitled to a refund of the amounts paid. Shipping costs will only be reimbursed if the right of withdrawal is exercised within the statutory deadline and all items comprising the order in question are returned. The refund will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days from the date you notified us of your intention to withdraw. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof of having returned the goods, whichever is met first. The refund will always be made using the same payment method you used to pay for the purchase, except when a gift receipt is presented for the return. Returns of orders placed using electronic devices available at the SANDRA VIEIRA store in Spain and paid for at the store's checkout must always be made at the SANDRA VIEIRA store in Spain. In the event of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you and process the refund using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.
11.4 Returns of defective products
If you believe that the product does not conform to the contract at the time of delivery, you must contact us immediately using our contact form, providing details of the product and the damage, or by calling 00351961414153, where we will inform you how to proceed. You can return the product to our SANDRA VIEIRA store in Spain, by handing it over to a courier that we will send to your home, to one of the Correos drop-off points in Spain, or by sending it to the address indicated above. We will carefully examine the returned product and will inform you by email within a reasonable timeframe whether a refund or replacement is appropriate (if applicable). The refund or replacement of the item will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days of the date on which we send you an email confirming that the refund or replacement of the non-compliant item is appropriate. Any amounts paid for products returned due to a defect or flaw, when present, will be fully refunded, including the delivery costs incurred to deliver the item to you and the costs you incurred returning it to us. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used to pay for the purchase, unless a gift receipt is presented for the return. 11.5 Right of withdrawal and return of orders from abroad.
If you have placed an order through this website from a Member State of the European Union other than Spain, clauses 11.1, 11.2, 11.3, and 11.4 above will apply, with the restriction that returns via a courier arranged by us may only be made from the original delivery address in Spain. We also inform you that under no circumstances will we be obliged to reimburse you for shipping costs other than those incurred to the original delivery address in Spain or for return costs from a destination outside of Spain.

6. Acts, decrees, legislation, regulations, or restrictions of any government or public authority. Obligations will be deemed suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure Event, and we will have an extension of the deadline for fulfilling such obligations for a period equal to the duration of the Force Majeure Event. We will use all reasonable efforts to bring the Force Majeure Event to an end or to find a solution that will allow us to fulfill our obligations despite the Force Majeure Event.
