RETURN PROCESS

Returns at Sandra Vieira are always free and the return period is 30 days from the shipping confirmation date.

Garments must be in perfect condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, no repairs, and the purchase receipt). Proof of purchase is required for orders with a gift receipt so that the refund cannot be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Returns will always be processed in the same market where the purchase was made. If the aforementioned conditions are met, you can return the item to one of our stores by requesting a home pickup from your account, or to a post office by requesting the label from your account on our website.

Sandra Vieira reserves the right to reject returns after the deadline if the items are not in the same condition as when they were sent and/or do not meet our return conditions. We may withhold the refund until we have received the items or until you have provided proof of their return.

IMPORTANT: If you wish to return items from multiple orders (or more than one order), it is essential that you request a pickup for each item and according to the number of boxes you wish to return. Sandra Vieira is not responsible for returns of items purchased in different orders and/or returned with a pickup request for a different order.

If you select a shipping method not covered in our return policy, we consider it your responsibility, and you will be responsible for the direct cost of both the shipping costs and the product itself in case of loss.

RETURN IN STORE
In general, if you need to return an online order, we recommend doing so quickly and easily by visiting one of our stores in the same market where you purchased it. Once in the store, the person responsible for the return will process the return and give you a confirmation document. We recommend that you retain this document. Upon completion of the return, you will also receive a return confirmation email. The receipt is required for any exchange or return.
RETURN FROM HOME
If you prefer to return items from home, you must request a pickup by calling customer service.

You do not need to include the order receipt marking the items you wish to return; simply select the items from "My Account" when requesting a "Home Return" (except for orders with a gift receipt. In this case, you must include the printed receipt). After this step, you must prepare the items in the original order box.

After verifying all the information, we will send a carrier to collect the package. At the time of pickup, our carrier will identify your order with a label to help us track your return.

If you choose to return your order by any means other than those indicated by us, we consider it to be your responsibility and you will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. Along with the products, you must include a printed copy of the electronic receipt that you received attached to the Shipping Confirmation.
CHANGES
An item purchased on our website can only be exchanged at one of our stores within 30 days of the shipping confirmation date, in the same store where it was purchased. Exchanges are only possible if the item is the same item (same reference), color and/or size, is in perfect condition, the price has not changed, and the store has availability.
DEFECTIVE OR DEFAULTED PRODUCT
If, exceptionally, you have received a defective or damaged item, the quickest solution is to visit one of our stores in the same market.

Once in the store, a responsible person will check the condition of the item. If the defect is confirmed and the store has availability, we will exchange or return the item according to your preference and the store's stock.
