Adding items to your shopping cart without completing the purchase process does not constitute a reservation. The price and availability of products saved in your cart are subject to change. The most recent price for each product will appear in your cart.

PROCESS ORDER
Once you have added all the items you wish to purchase to your cart, the next step is to process the order as a registered or unregistered user and make the payment. To do so, you must follow the steps in the checkout process, filling out or checking the information requested at each step. You can also modify your order details during the checkout process before making the payment.
MODIFY DELIVERY ADDRESS
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact our Customer Service department as soon as possible in the "Contact" section. Please note that any address changes after your order has been shipped may result in a delivery delay of at least 48 hours (business days).
CANCEL/MODIFY AN ORDER
If you wish to cancel an order you just placed, log in to your account, select "My Orders," and find this option within the order you wish to cancel. If you placed an unregistered order that you need to cancel or modify, you will need to contact our Customer Service department.
AFTER AUTHORIZING PAYMENT
Shortly after authorizing payment, you will receive an email with the order number. You can then check the status of your order with our customer service department.
