Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected. We offer the following shipping options:

Postal Pickup: 1-7 business days – subject to change
Standard Home Delivery: 1-7 business days – subject to change
Delivery times are estimated to begin within 24 business hours of the purchase date.
AVAILABILITY AND RESERVATIONS
Both on our website and in stores, only items from the current season are for sale. If an item is out of stock, we will try to restock it as soon as possible. When it is out of stock, we will remove it from our website. Please contact us for reservations.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Returns at Sandra Vieira are free and the return period is 30 days from the shipping confirmation date. Returns must always be made to the same market where the purchase was made. If the aforementioned conditions are met, you can return items to one of our stores, request a home pickup from your account, or request a return label from a post office through your account on our website.
